This gift guide for her, was pretty fun to create! As with all of my holiday gift guides, most of these are centered around health and fitness, but I did put a few other fun things in here as well. I strongly believe Christmas shouldn’t break the bank, so all of these items are reasonable and budget friendly. Think about all of the girls in your life while scrolling through – mom, sister, sister-in-law, co-worker, aunts, grandma’s, and girlfriends. There is something for everyone! I will be adding to this list as I stumble upon new things so check back often.

1. Nike Juvenate Sneaker
I really need to get a back up pair of these because I love them so much. They are super comfortable, and the mesh lining makes the shoe form to your foot. They can be your go to shoe to the gym, or your every day knock around shoe to wear with your jeans/yoga pants. They also wash up so well. I have put them in the wash machine several times and they always come out looking brand new.
2. Ellia Gather Essential Oil Diffuser
Everyone needs an essential oil diffuser in their house. I have owned a few, and this is by far my favorite. For starters, it is just pretty! It comes with a remote control, and includes a color-changing light and a variety of sooth sounds. The outer part is ceramic and the top piece is wood. This diffuser will run up to 10 hours continuously.
3. Crock-Pot Lunch Food Warmer
I didn’t even know about these until recently, and they are seriously the coolest thing. You simply put your food in the main bowl, and when you are ready to heat it up, you dock it on the kettle base, plug it in, and you have a warm meal in no time. It is small enough to transport with you, put on your desk at work, or give to your kids for their dorm room. If you have long wait times for the microwave at work, this is a perfect solution!
4. Spiked Silicone Glass Water Bottle
This is a cute and stylish glass water bottle that has been made to fit most cup holders. It holds 16oz and is BPA and phthalate-free. I love this because it’s made of glass, but is protected by the grip silicone.

This is my go to gift for girls when I can’t think of anything else, because who doesn’t love a cute water bottle. Swell water bottles keep cold drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot drinks hot for up to 12 hours. Each bottle features a wide mouth, making it easy to fill, add ice cubes, and clean. (Brilliant – I hate when I can’t get ice in a water bottle)! It is made of 18/8 food-grade stainless steel/silicone/BPA-free polypropylene.
7. Zella Leggings
If you’ve checked out my 10 bath and closet essentials, you’ve heard about my love for Zella Leggings. They are so versatile – great at the gym, but also the perfect leggings to wear whenever. Unlike many other leggings, these are really thick so you don’t have to worry about any of those awkward panty-legging issues and they wash up so well!
8. Zella Pullover
This is the perfect, figure flattering pullover for those cool winter months. It has an asymmetrical front zip and a stand collar to keep you warm. It is long-length pullover making it great to wear with leggings.
9. Vital Proteins Collagen
I recently wrote a blog post on collagen, and the benefits of it. So if this looks like a really weird gift to you, check out my post here to read about why collagen is so great. But then, think of this as a, “outside of the box” gift. I have talked with several girls who have said they really want to try collagen, but it’s a little pricey. SO! It really does make the perfect gift for those health enthusiast women in your life!
10. Vital Proteins Collagen Creamer
Vital Proteins just recently came out with collagen creamer. If you prefer cream in your coffee, this is a great way to get your collagen, but still enjoy the goodness of coffee creamer. It is a great stocking stuffer or a small gift for a friend who loves trying new healthy things.

14. Thrive Market Membership
This is another “outside of the box” gift. But how fun would it be to receive a Thrive Market membership for a year! Again, I did a blog post about Thrive Market that you can find here. To give you a brief description, Thrive Market is an online grocery, filled with healthy, organic, and non-gmo products. You order everything online and it is delivered straight to your door! The membership price is $60 per year, but I have found the membership pays for itself rather quickly. Thrive Market keeps their prices below retail, by cutting out the middlemen and working directly with wholesalers. We buy all of our non-perishable items on Thrive Market and I just love it!
15. Gaiam Yoga Mat
I really love the Gaiam brand yoga mat. It provides a 5mm stable non-slip surface. The mat is reversible so you can choose light or dark purple depending on what you like, and it is manufactured free of latex, and the top six harmful phthalates.
16. UGG Duffield Double Knit Robe
Ya’ll this robe is dreamy. And the 5 star reviews on Nordstrom, back it up. The plush fleece covers the shawl collar and lines a cozy robe cut. It is made of cotton/spandex with a polyester fleece. It is machine washable with a tumble dry low recommendation. It comes in 6 different colors and is the perfect robe for those cool winter months.
17. John Kelly Natural Chocolates
So this wouldn’t be a gift guide without a little flare of “semi-healthy” chocolate, if that’s even a thing?! These John Kelly Natural Chocolates are seriously amazing. They are made in San Francisco, and they ship to anywhere in the United States. All of their chocolates are made with all-natural ingredients, they are gluten free, soy free, and non-gmo. If you need to ship a gift to someone out of state, and they have a love for chocolate, John Kelly is definitely worth checking out!
18. Bean Envy Electric Milk Frother
This is the best little gift for someone who loves warm, frothy drinks. This electric frother gives you rich, creamy froth, just like those expensive drinks at the coffee shop. Not only does this milk frother create creamy, perfect froth, it also can be used to mix hot and cold drinks, blend your favorite cocktail, or even whip eggs.
19. New Balance Sneakers
These are just the most stylish sneakers and they go with so much! They are suede and mesh with a gum sole. I feel like there are just some sneakers that are made for jeans, and these are one of them. Jcrew worked with the New Balance team to create this color combination so you can’t find these at just any store!
20. Silicone Ring
These rings are great for anyone that is active. I don’t like wearing my wedding ring to the gym, and these silicone rings are a perfect solution. They are really popular right now, and are even great for every day wear.
